Brain Injury

How we do it

Our role is to work with you, your family and carers to understand how your injury has affected you and them.  We work in close partnership with all of you and other medical and rehabilitation specialists to maximise your recovery.  We want to help you come to terms with what’s happened, and to move forwards with the best possible support.

Here is a selection of just some of the cases we’ve handled:

  • Achieving a £9million settlement for a child who suffered catastrophic injuries in a road accident as an infant
  • Winning £1.25million for a young man involved in a motorway collision
  • Bringing a successful professional negligence claim against a solicitor for under-settlement, which increased the original award from £10,000 to £400,000 to reflect the long term significance of the brain injuries sustained by an electrician
  • Acting in a dependency claim for the partner and son of a man crushed to death on a building site
  • Bringing a claim under the Fatal Accidents Act on behalf of the children of a mother killed in a car accident
  • Pursuing a claim through the Criminal Injuries Claims Authority for a man severely injured in a vicious assault
